The Spreckels Organ is located in the heart of San Diego’s Balboa Park.
All concerts on the Spreckels Organ are free to the public in accordance with the original Deed of Gift by John and Adolph Spreckels.
Concerts are held very Sunday at 2 p.m. for one hour (rain or shine)
Seating is outdoors in the Organ Pavilion, on metal benches that seat up to 2,500 people. Blankets, seat cushions, shade hats, or sun umbrellas can enhance your concert experience. While the Pavilion fills to capacity for Monday evening concerts in summer, you will find ample room to sit at any Sunday concert.
Music-loving pets are welcome, and so are picnics.
Parking is located immediately south of the Organ Pavilion, further south near the Hall of Champions, or across Park Boulevard at Inspiration Point (served by free city tram service).
These concerts are sponsored by the City of San Diego Park and Recreation Department and the Spreckels Organ Society. The Spreckels Organ Society is funded in part by grants from the San Diego Commission for Arts and Culture and the San Diego County Community Enhancement Program, as well as by our ever-growing circle of members worldwide.
Regular Concerts are held every Sunday at 2 p.m. (for one hour) and on Monday evenings in summer (7:30 to 9:30 p.m.). No tickets are issued to concerts, because all concerts are free and open to the public.
